Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. What PredictFlow is
PredictFlow is a non-custodial, open-source trading terminal for Solana prediction markets. The application runs entirely in your browser; it does not take custody of your funds, hold your private keys, or execute trades on your behalf. All order execution happens through transactions you personally sign with a Solana wallet extension you control.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the PredictFlow website or application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction. Prediction-market trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of PredictFlow is lawful where you live and whether the specific markets you trade are available to you. Certain markets (e.g., Kalshi CFTC-regulated markets) may require KYC verification; verification is performed by a third-party provider and is outside PredictFlow's control.
4. Non-custodial notice
- PredictFlow never holds, controls, or has access to your funds.
- PredictFlow never stores your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
- You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, your recovery phrase, and any device you use to access the service.
- We cannot recover lost funds, reverse signed transactions, or restore wallets under any circumstances.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime.
- Attempt to compromise the integrity, security, or availability of PredictFlow or any third-party service it integrates with (DFlow, Solana RPC providers, wallet providers).
- Use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illicit activity.
- Misrepresent your identity or jurisdiction to bypass KYC requirements where they apply.
6. No financial advice
Nothing in PredictFlow — including market listings, price data, order-type names, charts, tooltips, or documentation — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Trades you place are your own decisions. Prediction markets are volatile and can expire worthless; you may lose your entire stake on any given market. Consult a qualified professional for advice relevant to your situation.
7. Third-party services
PredictFlow integrates with independent third-party services, including DFlow (order routing, market data), Solana RPC providers, wallet extensions, and Proof (for KYC flows where required). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, or absence of defects. PredictFlow may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate at any time, for any reason.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictFlow and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost funds — arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability, if any is found, will not exceed the amount you paid PredictFlow directly in the prior twelve months, which is zero.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PredictFlow and its contributors from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project maintainers reside, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
